Our network connects you with licensed physicians who review your health history, lab results, and symptoms to create customized treatment protocols. All prescriptions are written by real doctors who are part of our vetted physician partner network.
happyMD operates in most U.S. states through our physician partner network. During the intake process, we'll verify that we have licensed physicians available to serve patients in your location. State-specific regulations may affect which services are available to you.
We offer testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight management, preventive health optimization, lab testing and analysis, and ongoing medical monitoring. Our physicians create personalized protocols based on your individual health goals and lab results.
Physician Partnership Model

Prescription Approval Process
After you complete your health intake and submit required labs, your case is assigned to a licensed physician in our network. The physician reviews all your information, evaluates your eligibility for treatment, and determines if prescribing medication is medically appropriate and safe. If approved, they write a prescription and provide a personalized treatment protocol.
Most cases are reviewed within 24-48 hours after all required information and lab results are submitted. Complex cases or those requiring additional medical history may take longer. You'll receive updates via email and can track your status in your patient dashboard.
If a physician determines that treatment is not appropriate based on your health profile or lab results, they'll provide a detailed explanation and recommendations. This might include suggesting alternative treatments, additional testing, or addressing underlying health concerns before proceeding. Your safety is our top priority.
Yes, baseline lab work is required for most treatments. Physicians need current lab values to safely prescribe hormones, peptides, or other medications. We can order labs for you through our partner network, or you can submit recent labs if you have them (typically within the last 90 days).
Once approved, your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacies who specialize in compounded medications. You'll receive your medication via secure shipping, along with detailed instructions for use. Your physician will schedule follow-up labs and check-ins to monitor your progress and adjust dosing as needed.
