The $125 evaluation is a comprehensive 30-minute video consultation with Dr. Warren. You'll review your symptoms, health history, and goals. Dr. Warren will provide personalized guidance on peptides, hormones, and metabolic care, and create a care plan. Lab recommendations are provided when medically necessary. This is where most patients start before any therapy is prescribed.
HappyMD provides access to medical services through licensed healthcare professionals. Each patient is evaluated individually by a qualified medical provider, and any treatment recommendations or prescriptions are based on clinical judgment and medical appropriateness. happyMD does not offer one-size-fits-all treatment plans, and therapy decisions are made only after provider review of the patient's health information and needs.
Laboratory testing is not always required before an initial evaluation. A licensed provider will determine whether lab work is medically appropriate based on your health history, symptoms, and treatment goals.
After your evaluation, the provider will discuss whether treatment may be medically appropriate and review available care options based on your clinical needs and treatment goals.
Specific therapies are determined after your physician evaluation, based on your individual health profile, labs, and goals. We use only pharmaceutical-grade compounds from licensed compounding pharmacies — never research chemicals. Not every patient qualifies for every therapy, and that's intentional.
Your program payments go to happyMD for professional services: physician access, clinical oversight, and care coordination. Pharmacy and supply costs are billed to happyMD by independent partners and included as pass-through costs in your program fee; you are not buying medications from happyMD. If you proceed to a care program after your evaluation, your first month's payment is collected at that time. After that, you'll be automatically billed monthly for the duration of your program. You can cancel anytime with physician approval.
If Dr. Warren determines that the therapies you're seeking aren't appropriate for you, you'll receive a full refund of your $125 evaluation fee. Your safety is our priority — we never prescribe treatments that aren't right for your health profile.
No hidden fees. The $125 evaluation is a one-time payment. If you proceed to a program, your monthly payment includes your therapy protocol, injection supplies (if applicable), and ongoing physician oversight. The price you see is the price you pay.
When medically appropriate, your physician may prescribe medications that are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies and shipped directly to you in temperature-controlled packaging. We coordinate prescriptions and logistics, but dispensing and medication billing are handled by the pharmacy, not by happyMD.
Yes, you can request cancellation at any time. Our clinical team will review your request and work with you to ensure a safe transition. Any remaining supplies will be yours to keep.
Prescription decisions are made by a licensed physician based on your evaluation, health history, and any clinically appropriate laboratory information. Ongoing monitoring and follow-up may be recommended as part of provider-directed care.
Your fee covers physician time, medical decision-making, care planning, follow-up, and coordination with pharmacies and labs. It does not pay providers per prescription or per product; medication revenue flows through independent pharmacies and suppliers. We pay those invoices directly so you see one transparent price. Your physician is compensated on a fixed professional-services basis, independent of prescribing decisions.
