Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once your consultation has been reviewed by a medical provider. If your consultation has not yet been reviewed, you may request a full refund.

  • Before provider review: Full refund available upon request.
  • After provider review: No refund, as medical services have been rendered.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

  • No partial-month refunds for unused subscription time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time.

Product Orders

Due to the nature of prescription and health products, refund eligibility depends on the order status:

  • Before shipment: Full refund available upon request.
  • After shipment: Refunds are not available for prescription medications that have been shipped due to health and safety regulations.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number or consultation reference
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (photos of damaged items, etc.)

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
